• Gaming identity: Your preferred platform, team, formation, and play style
• Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat, and any support requests you send us

Information We Collect Automatically

• Gameplay data: Challenges played and completed, tournament entries and results, match history, season pass activity, and Florin balance changes
• Usage data: Features you access, actions you take, and how often you use the platform
• Technical data: IP address, device type and model, operating system, app version, and crash reports
• Notification token: Used to send you push notifications about your challenges, tournaments, and account activity

Advertising (Free Users Only)

If you use FloraGoal on the free tier, your device's advertising identifier may be used by our advertising partner to serve relevant ads. Pro subscribers are never shown ads and their advertising data is never shared for ad purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Run and improve the FloraGoal platform and its features
• Display your profile and stats to other users as part of the competitive experience
• Send you push notifications about challenges, tournament updates, results, and account activity
• Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, fake result submissions, and abuse
• Review and resolve disputes between players
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyse how the platform is used so we can improve it
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

What Other Users Can See

As part of the competitive experience, the following is visible to other FloraGoal users:

• Your username, profile picture, country flag, and division badge
• Your win rate, match statistics, badges, and reputation score
• Your online status when you are active on the platform

Trusted Service Providers

We share data with a small number of trusted technical partners who help us operate the platform — including our database infrastructure and push notification delivery. These partners are contractually required to handle your data only as instructed by FloraGoal and never for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We take the security of your information seriously. FloraGoal uses encryption, secure servers, row-level database access controls, and strict internal access policies to protect your data.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@floragoal.com.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law.

FloraGoal is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will immediately remove it. If you believe a child under 13 is using the platform, please contact us at support@floragoal.com.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings
• Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng
